Science-backed health products, built with evidence.
Scientific consulting for supplement, nutrition, wellness, and health-tech companies.
Good health products begin with good questions.
A compelling ingredient is not enough. Strong products begin with a clear problem, meaningful evidence, and an honest understanding of what the science does — and does not — tell us.
Why this work matters
Trust has to be earned beyond the label.
The supplement market rewards how a product presents on a label more than how it performs in the body. Doses are frequently set to what suits a serving size or a price point rather than to what the clinical evidence supports, and ingredients are often selected for market appeal rather than the strength of their data.
The result is a category in which many products are technically compliant yet scientifically hollow. Consumers grow more discerning each year, and the brands that retain their trust can demonstrate their products are genuinely sound — the right ingredients, at doses shown to work, in forms that absorb, supporting claims the evidence can defend.

The person behind the practice
A scientist's read on what actually works.
I'm a pharmacology-trained scientist who helps supplement and health brands build products that hold up to the evidence. Most supplements are designed to look right on a label, not to work in the body — underdosed, poorly absorbed, or making claims the science can't support. I read the research the way few in this industry can, and give brands an independent, evidence-based assessment of whether their product is genuinely sound.
